Veteran Co-Chairs of the Campaign

Kristyl (Kris) Rodriguez and Michael Dakduk serve as co-chairs of Veterans for Career Education.

Kristyl (Kris) Rodriguez

Kris is a service disabled Marine Veteran that is attending Bellus Academy in Poway, CA. She is studying cosmetology and barbering. Recently, Kris testified before Congress at a joint field hearing in El Cajon, CA on the importance of career education and on improving transition assistance for veterans.

Michael Dakduk

Michael is a Marine veteran with combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. He served in various leadership roles at Student Veterans of America including board member and executive director. He now holds the position of executive vice president and director of government relations for Career Education Colleges and Universities (CECU).
